Your account
Tap Account in the bottom bar (the person icon). Everything here saves by itself, so there’s no Save button.
Name and photo
Section titled “Name and photo”- Username: type a new name, for example “Jack Murray”. It saves when you tap away.
- Profile picture: tap it to pick a new photo. It saves straight away.
Your friends see these in every jaunt you’re in.
Change your phone number
Section titled “Change your phone number”- Tap the edit button next to your phone number.
- Enter your new number and tap Send Code.
- Enter the code we text to the new number.
- Tap Update.
From then on, sign in with the new number. Your jaunts come with you.
Light or dark mode
Section titled “Light or dark mode”Use the Light mode / Dark mode switch.
Help and feedback
Section titled “Help and feedback”Tap Help & feedback. At the top, Open the help centre brings you to this site. Below it you can send us a message. Pick Question, Feedback or Bug, add your email so we can reply, then write your message.
Log out
Section titled “Log out”Tap Log out, then confirm. Sign in again any time with your phone number.
Delete your account
Section titled “Delete your account”- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm: “Delete your account? You’ll be signed out everywhere and won’t be able to log back in with this number.”
What happens:
- Your name and photo are removed.
- Your votes and anything you added stay, so your friends’ jaunts still work.
- Jaunts you own pass to the longest-standing admin, or member. If you’re the only one in a jaunt, it’s deleted. See Leave or delete a jaunt.
It can’t be undone.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”| You see | What it means |
