Problem	Try this
The code didn’t arrive	Wait a minute, then tap Resend. Check the number is right. See About the code
“That code looks wrong — try again.”	Check the latest text. Codes work for at least 5 minutes
“We couldn’t find an account with that number”	You tapped Sign In but haven’t signed up. Tap Sign Up
“That number already has an account”	You tapped Sign Up but already have an account. Tap Sign In
New phone number	Sign in with the old one, then change it. See Your account

Problem	Try this
“This invite link is no longer valid.”	Ask someone in the jaunt for a fresh link
My friend didn’t get the invite text	An admin can tap the pencil next to them in Pending, then Re-invite. See Pending invites
Can’t add a friend abroad	Adding by number is UK only for now. Send them the invite link

Some things are for admins only. If you can’t see a button, you’re probably a member.

Missing	Who can do it
Adding people by number	Admins. Anyone can Copy invite link
The pencil on Voting Deadline, End voting	Admins
+ on Docs & Tix documents	Admins
The pencil next to the jaunt’s name	Admins
Delete jaunt	The owner only
End voting (as an admin)	It shows once Where, When and Stay each have a vote
How and Docs & Tix	Everyone, once voting has ended

To become an admin, ask an admin to turn on Make admin for you in Who.

Refresh the page. This fixes most odd screens.
